1.The development shall be carried out in accordance with the application form received by the Local Planning Authority on the 30th August 2021 and approved plans drawing references: - Site Location Plan - TQRM21239120131642 - Proposed Block Plan - TQRM21239115302642 received by the Local Planning Authority on 29th November 2021 The reason for the condition is:- For the avoidance of doubt.
2.The use hereby permitted shall only be for residential purposes associated with the dwellinghouse at Copperfield, Mill Lane, Bradwell, NR31 8HT and this permission shall apply only to the land shown within approved plans drawing references: - Site Location Plan - TQRM21239120131642 - Proposed Block Plan - TQRM21239115302642 received by the Local Planning Authority on the 29th November 2021. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent property
3.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting the order) with the exception of the gazebo structure erected as shown in photograph (referenced - Photograph 1 - dated 8th December 2021) within the approved block plan area (reference: TQRQM21239115302642) no outbuildings or other structures shall be erected within the application site hereby approved without the express written permission of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To retain control over the character of the area and in the interests of visual amenity of the site to allow the sense of a level of openness.
4.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of core policies CS09 and CS15 of the adopted Core Strategy and is consistent with the aims set out in emerging policy A1 of the Local Plan Part 2.
