| 1. | This permission expires on the 13th February 2023 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use shall be discontinued.
The reason for the condition is:-
In order to retain control over the use of the site until the effects of the proposal have been experienced and in the interest of the amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the following plans (drawing ref: 1548/2) received by the Local Planning Authority on the 18th December 2020.

| 3. | The swimming pool shall be operated by residents of 'The Pastures, Cherry Lane' only.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure the pool does not become a separate business detached from the owners of the main dwelling. |
| 4. | Space sufficient to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority shall be provided within the site to enable twelve (12) cars to park, turn and re-enter the highway in forward gear. This area shall be levelled, surfaced, drained and be retained thereafter available for that specific use.
The reason for the condition is: -
To ensure the permanent availability of the parking/manoeuvring areas, in the interests of satisfactory development and highway safety. |
| 5. | The swimming pool shall not be used by more than 8 people in any 1 hour period and shall operate with an prior appointment system only. The applicant shall maintain a log book detailing visitors using the swimming pool and the period of time for which they are on site. The log book shall be maintained in perpetuity and be available for officers from the Local Planning Authority to view at all times.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of neighbouring amenity and to ensure that the level of use is acceptable. |
| 6. | The premises shall not be open for business outside of the following hours:-
08:00 - 20:00 Mondays
08:00 - 20:00 Tuesdays
08:00 - 20:00 Wednesdays
08:00 - 20:00 Thursdays
08:00 - 20:00 Fridays
18:00 - 20:000 Saturdays
09:00 - 16:00 on Sundays or Bank Holidays.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
| 7. | REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :-
The proposal meets the aims of Core Policies CS08 and CS15 from the adopted Core Strategy. |
