1.This permission expires on 14th March 2024 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the use shall be discontinued. The reason for the condition is :- In order to retain control over the development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
2.Notwithstanding the dimensions indicated on the submitted plan, the size and number of the mobile catering units shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority prior to the units being placed on the site. The units shall be placed on site in accordance with the details submitted and shall not exceed the size or number approved. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt.
3.The mobile catering units shall not operate in addition to the existing cafe on the site, but only in the event of the cafe having been demolished. The reason for the condition is :- The mobile catering units have only been sanctioned as a replacement facility for the cafe in the event of its demolition.
4.The mobile catering units shall not remain on the site overnight. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of security.
5.The mobile catering units shall be used solely for the sale of hot snacks or cold food, or hot or cold drinks to take away and for no other purpose (including any purpose in Classes A1 and A3 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, or in any provision equivalent to those Classes in any statutory instrument revoking and re-enacting that Order). The reason for the condition is :- The site is outside any area where the Local Planning Authority would normally grant consent for this type of development and permission has been given in this instance to meet a specific need.
6.The mobile catering units shall not operate until a scheme to deal with the disposal of litter from the site has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
7.INFORMATIVE NOTE :- The "right of way" across the car park should be kept clear as this is used by tractors to pull boats from sheds to the beach.
8.REASON FOR APPROVAL OF THE APPLICATION :- The proposal meets the criteria of Policies CS6 and CS8 of the adopted Great Yarmouth Core Strategy.
