| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 27th January, 2000. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the approved details, the position and size of the structural steelwork shall be agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority and the work shall proceed in accordance with these agreed details. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the satisfactory appearance of the development. |
