| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the details shown on the submitted drawing in respect of the proposed kitchen window a revised drawing shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority showing the provision of an inward opening window and the work shall be carried out in accordance with such details as may be agreed. | 4. | No work shall commence until the exact type and colour of the materials have been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area as precise details of the materials have not been submitted. |
