| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended plan, Drawing No. Cator/Drg1 Revision B, received by the Local Planning Authority on 8th February 2000. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | No development shall take place until the "site access improvements" indicated on the drawing mentioned in condition No. 2 have been completed. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | The area shown for car parking on the drawing mentioned in condition No. 2 shall be kept available for that purpose and clear of obstruction at all times. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that adequate parking facilities are provided. |
