| 1. | Informative Note :- The removal of the conditions specified in this permission means that the existing building/land reverts to part of the overall residential use of the property. In effect, the building would be viewed as being ancillary to the existing dwelling ("Gracelands"), but would not, without specific consent, be authorised as a separate unit of living accommodation. In addition, any alterations to the building which would materially affect its external appearance would require planning permission. |
