1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Informative Note. The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people with disabilities :- a) Ramped approaches b) Level standing at doorways c) Flush thresholds d) Wide (900mm) easy to open doors throughout e) Toilets for people with disabilities with rooms equipped to Part M of the Building Regulations. f) Loop systems for the hard of hearing and good colour contrast and g) signage for people with sight difficulties.
