| 1. | This permission expires on 31st.December 2002 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the use shall be discontinued and the structures removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- The site is designated for development as part of the Outer Harbour Scheme. |
| 2. | The caravan shall only be used as a security office office in connection with the supervising of the car park and shall not be used for habitation purposes. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | All of the lighting shall be angled so as not to cause any glare or dazzle to the drivers of vehicles on the adjacent highway. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of highway safety. |
