| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The use hereby permitted shall not be open to patients outside the following times: 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. daily and 6.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. on Thursdays. | 4. | The Council's Access Officer recommends that the following facilities be included to accord with the standards anticipated by the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 :- (i) ramped approach, (ii) level standing at doorway, (iii) flush threshold, (iv) wide (900mm) easy to open doors throughout, and (v) disabled persons toilet (2m x 1.5m) all to the standards in Approved Document M to the Building Regulations. |
