| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | None of the doors or windows to the new club room extension shall be left open during any period when an entertainment involving amplified music or speech is taking place. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure there is no disturbance to nearby residents arising from noise. |
| 3. | The facilities hereby approved shall be for use by persons resident or employed on the Wild Duck Holiday Park and shall not be open to the general public unless under terms agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- To retain control over the amount of visitors arriving and leaving during the evening and late hours in the interests of neighbouring residents. |
