| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The stairway leading down to the existing public toilets shall not be removed or blocked off in any way until the public toilets in the car park have been completed in accordance with the planning permission granted under Ref.No.06/99/0442/F and are available for use. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that adequate and convenient toilet facilities are maintained for shoppers. |
| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The Chief Building Control Officer has indicated that detailed calculations will have to be submitted to prove that the means of escape from the mall is not prejudiced by the loss of the exit stairway. |
