| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |

| 3. | Prior to the bringing into use of the garage and workshop hereby allowed the turning area shown in the submitted plans shall be set out and shall thereafter remain for no use other than the manouevring of vehicles. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of highway safety. |
