1.	The bungalow shall only be occupied during the period from 1st March in any year to 14th January in the following year. The reason for the condition is :- The local highway network is, in terms of Policy TR22 of the Modified Deposit Version of the Borough-Wide Local Plan, not considered to be of an adequate standard and construction to serve new residential development or changes of use to permanent accommodation.
