1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people with disabilities :- (i) ramped approaches to all external doorways (1:20 maximum slope preferred), (ii) level standing at doorways, (iii) flush thresholds, and (iv) wide (900mm preferred, 838mm minimum) easy to open doors. (v) automatic slide-aside doors recommended at main entrance
