| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The County Council reserves the right to inspect the installation to seek modifications in the event of condition 1 not being met and seeking alterations and also reserves the right under Section 152 of the Highways Act 1980 and under the provisions of Common Law to remove any sign or lighting apparatus causing obstruction or nuisance. |
