| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the
date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the note on the submitted plan, Drawing No. 1436 01., new
or reclaimed slates to match those used on the existing dwelling shall be
used for the roof covering of the lobby and living room extension.
