| 1. | The proposal is contrary to Policies HOU9, NNV4, and NNV7 of the Modified
Deposit Version of the Borough-Wide Local Plan in that:-
(a) no special justification has been given for the proposed dwellings,
the site of which is outside the "Village Development Limit" for Repps as
defined in the Local Plan, and
(b) the dwellings, if approved, would extend an isolated area of
development along Tower Road remote from the main village settlement and in
otherwise open countryside to the detriment of the visual amenity of the
locality and the wider landscape scene. |
