| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The conservatory hereby permitted shall be constructed in accordance with the revised drawing submitted with the agent's letter dated 16th August 1999. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjoining property. |
| 3. | Prior to the conservatory being brought into use the windows in the west elevation shall be fitted with obscure glazing as indicated on the revised drawing mentioned in condition No. 2, and shall thereafter be so maintained.
