| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 10th August 1999. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
| 3. | No part of the structure shall overhang or impinge on the adjacent highway pavement. The reason for the condiion is:- In the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | Notwithstanding the details shown on the revised drawing, surface water disposal arrangements shall be revised to prevent the discharge of surface water onto the pavement and details shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority prior to any works commening on the site. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure no surface water discharges from the site onto the highway. |
