| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The Director of Planning and Transportation has indicated that the Norfolk County Council reserves the right under Section 152 of the Highways Act 1980 and under the general provisions of Common Law to remove any sign causing dazzle, obstruction or nuisance. |
