1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Informative note. The Access Officer has suggested that the development should provide for :- (a) Ramped approaches (b) Level standings at doorways (c) Flush thresholds,and where possible, (d) Wide (838mm.minimum) easy to open doors. It is also suggested that the shower arrangement should be changed as shown on the attached sketch, if a dished floor shower is not to be used.
