| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Before the use hereby approved is first commenced detailed floor plans showing the accommodation to be formed shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and the premises shall not be used other than in complete accordance with the details as may be approved. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that a satisfactory standard of accommodation is provided as no such details were submitted as part of this application. |
| 3. | The details to be submitted shall not provide for more than 7 bedrooms. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the number of additional residents is not excessive having regard to the need for the provision of communal facilities and private amenity space and the lack of off-street parking space to serve the premises. |
| 4. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The Council's Access Officer has requested that in the interests of disabled persons,the following features should be provided :- (a) Ramped appoaches (b) Level standing at door (c) Flush threshold (d) 838mm.minimum door widths (e) Adequate circulation space (f) Stairlift access to upper floors.Preferably suitable for wheelchairs (g) Toilets,shower rooms and bathrooms to suit wheelchair users. |
