| 1. | The projecting signs shall not be displayed other than in complete accordance with Drawing No.3227/99/02 and the size of the projecting signs shall not exceed 600mm.x 600mm. as shown thereon. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of visual amenity. |
| 2. | The projecting signs shall be positioned a minimum distance of 2.45metres above the level of the existing public footway. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety. |
