| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the extension being brought into use the window in the side elevation of the kitchen shall be fitted with obscure glazing as indicated on the submitted plan, Drawing No. 463/01, and shall thereafter be so maintained. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjoining property. |
