| 1. | This permission expires on 3rd.June 2003 and unless on or before that date application has been made for an extension of the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the use of the land shall be discontinued and the buildings removed from the site. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site which is allocated for future residential development and in the interests of the residential amenities of the area. |
| 2. | The workshop and car storage building hereby approved shall only be used for minor repairs,maintenance and storage of cars to be sold or hired from the application site and shall not be used as a repair garage opened to the general public. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the residential amenities of the locality. |
| 3. | The car sales display areas and the customers car parking areas shall be marked out in accordance with the approved plan before the new building hereby approved is first brought into use and the site shall not be used other than in complete accordance with the approved plan. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that adequate customer parking space is provided and to ensure that the use of the site takes place in the manner contemplated by the Council on the grant of this permission. |
