1.	This permission expires on 14th January 2001 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the caravan shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the site as permission has only been granted in this instance to meet a specific need.
2.	The occupation of the caravan shall be limited to the owner(s)/or manager/ employee of the Equestrian Centre or a dependant of such a person residing with him or her. The reason for the condition is :- The site lies outside any area in which the Local Plannng Authority would normally permit residential development and permission has only been granted in this instance having regard to the particular need for a dwelling on this site.
