| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the amended drawing submitted with the agent's letter dated 14th June 1999, except that all external brickwork shall be painted or rendered and painted to match, in colour, the front main wall of the dwelling.
