1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Informative note. The Council's Access Officer has suggested that a ramped approach with a level standing, a flush threshold and a wide, easy to open door be provided to the rear of the proposed extension and that consideration be given to forming a toilet suitable for use by the disabled.
