| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall not be carried out other than in complete accordance with the revised drawings Nos.1112/03(A), 1112/05(A) and 1112/05(A) received by the Local Planning Authority on 13th.May 1999 with the applicant's letter dated 12th. May 1999. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |
