| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | This permission shall enure for the benefit of Readrange Limited for activities and retailing associated with their products and shall not be for general retailing or be for the benefit of the land. The reason for the condition is:- The site would not be appropriate for unrestricted retail use and the condition is to retain control over the uses taking place here. |
| 3. | The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed retail area in the interests of people with disabilities :- (i) level or ramped approaches to all doorways (1:20 maximum slope preferred), (ii) level standing at doorways, (iii) flush thresholds, and (iv) wide (900mm preferred, 838mm minimum) easy to open doors. |
