1.	The maximum luminace of each sign shall not exceed the following:- 600 cd/m2. The reason for the condition is:- To preserve amenity and prevent danger to road users. Informative Notes a) The Director of Planning and Transportation has indicated that the Norfolk County Council reserves the right under Section 152 of the Highways Act 1980 and under the general provisions of Common Law to remove any sign causing obstruction or nuisance. b) This permission does not purport to convey consent for the sign marked 4 on the submitted plan and which has been deleted from the application.
