| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to any work commencing on the development hereby permitted details shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority of the external appearance and precise details of the siting of the public convenience to be provided on the site together with provision for the retention of the trees and shrubs at the front of the site. The reason for the condition is:- Insufficient details have been submitted as part of the application and in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality. |
