1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- a) The applicant is advised that this consent is for a change of use only and that a separate application will be required for any external alterations to the premises including the installation of any flues or ventilation equipment. b) The Building Control Officer has indicated that the necessary application for consent under the Building Regulations for the proposed alterations to the premises must provide for satisfactory access arrangements to and from the upper floors and an adequate means of escape in case of fire. c) The applicant is requested to send a copy of a plan showing the access arrangements as approved under the Building Regulations to the Borough Planning and Development Officer and to inform him if the use of the upper floors as a museum/exhibition should at any time cease.
