| 1. | The building shall be maintained in a good state of decorative and structural order. The reason for the condition is:- Imposed in view of the construction of the building of relatively short lived materials and in the interests of the visual amenities of the area. |

(v) WC to Part 'M' Building Regulations standard (2m x 1.5m). |
