1.	The proposed installation of a steel tube to house an ATM in front of the recently developed retail unit constructed of traditional materials along- side its most visible and principle elevation constitutes a visually unnaceptable feature detrimental to the overall appearance of the site and contrary to Policy UDN5 and a new policy relating to new developments in Conservation Areas in the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan. Moreover, the proposed siting of the ATM will lead to the obstruction of pedestrian flows along the walkway to the entrance and encourage unauthorised parking in the nearby spaces designated for the use by the disabled.
