| 1. | The "site access improvements" indicated on Drawing No. Cator/Drg1 Revision No. A shall be carried out within 3 months of the date of this permission, and shall thereafter be so maintained. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety. |
| 2. | The area shown for car parking on the drawing mentioned in condition No. 1 shall be kept available for that purpose and clear of obstruction at all times. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that adequate parking facilities are provided. |
