| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The permission hereby granted is intended to be an alternative to the outline planning permission granted under Reference No. 06/98/0092/O and shall not be carried out in addition to that permission. The reason for the condition is :- The site is of inadequate size to satisfactorily accommodate both proposals. |
