| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with
the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is:-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 18 of the Planning (Listed
Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. |
| 2. | Notwithstanding the details shown on drawing number 27/410/1 revision A in
respect of the alterations to the existing supports for the balcony the
work shall include the provision of replacement brackets in place of
columns and works shall be carried out entirely with such details as may be
agreed.
The reason for the condition is:-
In the interests of the appearance of the Listed Building which occupies a
prominent location in the Conservation Area. |
| 3. | Prior to any works commencing upon the following items items, details shall
be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority:-
a) porch and doors over main entrance an south elevation
b) new doorway (including details of door, door case and surround) on south
elevation
c) details of portico and stairway pediment
all works shall be carried out in accordance with such details as may be
approved, in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
These details have yet to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority. |
| 4. | All new works, and works of making good shall be in materials and
detailed execution to mach the adjoining original fabric except where shown
otherwise on the approved plans.
The reason for the condition is:-
To preserve the character of the listed building |
| 5. | No demolitions, stripping out, removal of structural elements, replacement
of original joinery or fittings and finishes shall be carried out except
where shown and noted on the approved plans or else approved in writing by
the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is:-
To preserve the architectural integrity of the listed building. |
| 6. | Deatils shall be submitted for the approval of the Local Planning Authority
of the external decoration of the building and such works shall be
completed entirely in accordance with such details as may be approved.
The reason for the condition is:
To preserve the appearance of the listed building. |
