1.	The mobile home, the retention of which is hereby approved, shall only be occupied by persons, and their dependants, actively involved in the operation or management of the holiday site and it shall not be let or sold for occupation by persons unconnected with the business within which it is located. The reason for the condition is: On account of the position of the mobile home and in view of the exceptional reasons a dwelling has been permitted in this location.
2.	The mobile home shall be kept in a good state of repair and external decorative order. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
