1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The applicants attention is drawn to the attached sketch prepared by the Council's Access Officer showing the provision of a toilet suitable for wheelchair users within the proposed extension and the applicant is requested to consider such a provision. The Great Yarmouth Port Authority advise that the land to the south of the premises is to be re-developed in the near future and was previously used for car parking and will no longer be available. Furthermore the Authoritys concerns relates to any lights from the proposed development being visible from the river, such lights should not be capable of being mistaken for any form of navigation light and should not show red or green colours, flashing lights or create glare towards the river.
