| No. | Condition Text |

| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the
date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with
the revised plans, Drawing Nos. 502:113b and 114A, received by the Local
Planning Authority on 28th April 1999.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that an adequate servicing
facility is provided. |
| 3. | No work shall commence until a scheme for protecting nearby noise sensitive
sites from noise from the proposed refrigeration plant has been submitted
to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority; all works which
form part of the scheme shall be completed before any part of the
development hereby permitted becomes operational.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure that the development would not have any significant adverse
effect on the local environment and the residential amenities of the
occupiers of nearby property.

| 4. | The car parking area, the access thereto, and the servicing area indicated
on Drawing No. 502:113b shall be kept available for their respective
purposes and free of obstruction at all times.
The reason for the condition is :-
To ensure that adequate on-site car parking and servicing facilities are
provided in the interests of highway safety. |
