1.	The proposed conservatory was considered out of keeping with the design of the house generally and, in this prominent location, the proposal is not in accordance with Policy UDN5 of the Deposit Draft of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan, as modified by the Inspector in his report on objections following the Public Local Plan Inquiry which took place betwee December 1996 and April 1997, which states that the Council will require alterations and extensions to buildings to be sympathetic to the character of the building to be extended and to its setting.
