1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	No demolition work shall be commenced before a contract for the construction of the car park for the proposed offices, and the means of enclosure, has been made and planning permission has been granted for the development for which the contract provides. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that premature demolition does not take place and leave an empty gap within an important section of the Conservation Area long before redevelopment commences.
