| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |

| 4. | The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people with disabilities :- (i) level or ramped approaches to all doorways (1:20 maximum slope preferred), (ii) level standing at doorways, (iii) flush thresholds, and (iv) wide (900mm preferred, 838mm minimum) easy to open doors. The applicants attention is drawn to the amendments indicated on the attached sketch to improve access for a person with disabilities. |
