| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Prior to the use hereby permitted commencing details shall be submitted of a physical barrier to separate the car storage area from the area set aside for residents parking and works in accordance with such details as may shall be agreed shall be completed prior to the use commencing and the barrier shall thereafter maintained to prevent vehicles exiting the storage area on to Pasteur Road. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the use takes place in the manner conteplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permision. |
| 3. | The use of the land for residents parking shall accord with the details contained in the applicants letter dated 15th February 1999 and any intention to withdraw the parking facility shall be notified to the Council in writing. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the use of the land for residents parking is safeguarded. |
