1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The developmenbt shall not proceed before details of the following matters have been submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority after which the development shall proceed strictly in accordance with these agreed details. 1. Any external flues, fans or pipework not shown on the drawings. 2. The bricks used for the new wall and the specification for the repaired brickwork. The reason for the condition is:- To ensure the satisfactory appearance of the development.
