| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | No development shall take place until details of the design and external appearance of the the proposed open storage building have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- Such details have not been submitted as part of this application. |
| 3. | Prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted a gate/barrier preventing direct access to the premises from the B1159 shall be erected as indicated on the plans received by the Local Planning Authority on 11th January 1999, and shall thereafter be so maintained. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety. |
| 4. | Space shall, at all times, be provided within the yard sufficient for the parking of three cars/vans. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that adequate parking facilities are provided. |
