| 2. | No work shall commence until details of the exact type and colour of the
facing bricks and roof tiles to be used have been submitted to and approved
by the Local Planning Authority.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality as full details of
the materials have not been submitted. |
| 3. | The garages shall only be used for private domestic use in connection with
the dwelling to which they relate.
The reason for the condition is :-
In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent
property.

| 5. | 1. The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be
incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people
with disabilities :-
(i) ramped approaches,
(ii) level standing at doorways,
(iii) flush thresholds, and
(iv) wide (838mm) easy to open doors. |
| 6. | 2. This approval relates solely to "the reserved matters" mentioned in the
outline planning permission and does not purport to convey consent for any
other matter indicated on the submitted plans. Attention is also drawn to
the requirement in respect of the need to submit details of the landscaping
of the site. |
