1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The site shall only be used for the operation of a children's battery driven go-kart ride on an inflatable circuit in accordance with the submitted details and shall not be used for any other pupose or for any other type of ride without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and to enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the site in the interests of the amenities of the area. Informative Note. The applicant is advised to contact the Council's Environmental Health Department to discuss health and safety issues.
